Shipping FAQS

Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

Simply fill out the enclosed return form on the back of your invoice and return the product(s) to us.

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!).

We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment.

All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer.

If an item is defective after use, Great Skate will repair or replace the item after inspection.

Our inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made.

All shortage must be reported upon receipt of the goods.

Freight charges are non-refundable. If you have purchased over $100.00 and received flat rate shipping of $11.99 but do not wish to keep the product you ordered, the freight charges will be deducted from total upon returning the item. Please note all Composite sticks in the Outlet Shop under $200.00 will be assessted a $15.00 additional shipping charge

All products carry a 90 day warranty. Check with each manufacturer for their specific warranty, composite sticks, shafts and blades have 30 day warranties and need to be sent directly back to the manufacturer by the consumer.

In an attempt to move more products with very limited quantities, colors or sizes, we may lower our prices. However, the price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price.

We do not make any price adjustments once you have purchased the equipment.

Orders placed on the web site will be shipped UPS Ground Freight within the 48 Continental States.

EXCEPTIONS: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO orders & other military addresses outside outside the USA - these orders will be shipped USPS priority mail. - Please consult the freight charge table.

Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping of $11.99 on all orders over $100.00. All order under $100.00 will be charged the going rate via UPS. (Your shipping cost will be listed on the checkout page before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.)

Ice/Goalie Wheel Bags, & Ice Hockey Goals Will be charded $33.00 Shipping fee for UPS ground. Please call our customerservice at 1-800-828-7496 for freight quotes when shipping a wheel bag by air service. All Hockey Sticks will be sent USPS Priority Mail Ground. Please note all Composite sticks in the Outlet Shop under $200.00 will be assessted a $15.00 additional shipping charge

Orders will be charged freight.

Orders received by 3:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Saturday - Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday.

(Manufacturer's approved website's) Skate sharpening and molding will not apply when price matching product.

If you have already made a purchase from us within the last 14 days and we lower our prices (excludes Outlet Shop), or if you find product cheaper from a U.S. authorized website we'll issue a gift certificate for the difference - good for 90 days toward your next purchase!
